This project involved providing administrative and operational support for an organizational learning environment serving employees across 48 locations.
The work covered the full employee training lifecycle—from onboarding and initial course assignments to ongoing development, compliance monitoring, reporting, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement.
Managing employee training at scale requires more than assigning courses and tracking completions. Employees must receive the correct training, compliance requirements must remain visible, and leadership needs dependable reporting.
As the organization continued to grow, its learning and development processes required ongoing administration, technical support, data validation, and process oversight.

Reviewed cybersecurity training assignments to evaluate completion status, assignment accuracy, and overall coverage. The audit improved visibility into compliance requirements and supported workforce readiness.
Evaluated how employee training and LMS support requests were received, handled, and escalated. The analysis identified ways to improve response efficiency and reduce recurring issues.
